There are a number of muscle groups we'll learn to train at WVS.  Primarily we'll be concentrating on engaging our diaphragm and the muscles used to do so, dumping the larynx, lifting the soft-pallet, and focusing on what the resonance feels like off of our bone.   Take a look at this video to get a better understanding of how the diaphragm works.  Using your diaphragm correctly is first chain in the link.   If any aspect of this is confusing, have Will explain it to you.

BONUS TIP:  This is an example of what not to do with your diaphragm The muscle does not suck in while you're singing.  It is to stay out.   This is a different technique not for WVS Students.  Have Will explain the difference if you have a question
